Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Next Trade Media website and the marketing, advertising, and website design services we provide. By engaging our services or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Next Trade Media provides digital marketing services for contractors and home service businesses, including Google Business Profile optimization, social media management and content, Google and Meta advertising management, lead generation, CRM setup, automated follow-ups, appointment booking systems, and professional website design.

2. Website Design & Marketing Services

Website design is delivered as scoped in your selected package:

• Essential Website — $997 one-time
• Premium Website — $2,497 one-time

Marketing services are provided on a monthly recurring basis:

• Contractor Starter — $497/month + $297 one-time setup
• Contractor Growth — $3,000/month + $1,500 one-time setup

3. Payment Obligations

You are responsible for paying all agreed fees. Management fees and advertising budgets are separate. One-time setup fees and website development fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Recurring Billing

Recurring marketing services are billed automatically every 30 days through our external checkout provider, Commas. You may cancel before your next billing date; cancellation stops future recurring charges. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by applicable law.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide the materials we need to deliver your services — including photos, videos, brand details, account access, and timely feedback. Delays in providing materials may delay delivery but do not change the fees owed.

6. Additional Work & Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds specified in its description. Additional revisions, changes to project scope, or work beyond the agreed package are billed separately and quoted in advance.

7. Advertising Budgets

Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed separately from management fees and is paid directly to the advertising platforms. Next Trade Media manages campaigns but does not guarantee specific advertising results.

8. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee specific leads, revenue, rankings, or results. All figures shown on this website are illustrative. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, pricing, and the quality of materials provided.
