Next Trade Media offers recurring marketing services on a monthly basis. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
- Recurring services are billed automatically every 30 days.
- Customers may request cancellation before their next billing date.
- Cancellation stops future recurring charges.
- Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by applicable law.
- Refund requests for unfinished services will be reviewed individually.
- Customers may contact Next Trade Media for cancellation and billing assistance.
How to Request Cancellation
To cancel a recurring service, contact us before your next billing date. We will confirm your cancellation and stop future recurring charges. Next Trade Media does not currently offer a self-service cancellation feature; cancellations are handled by request.
